The beautiful thing about these tiny wild olive wood spoons and spreaders, in addition to their rich color and grain and their organic shape, is that each one is carved from scraps of wood left over from bigger projects. By utilizing as much of each slow-growing wild olive wood tree as possible, our Kenyan artisans strive to keep stands of wild olive wood intact in East Africa for future generations to enjoy.
