We work with a group of talented textile artisans in Bamako, Mali, who excel at bringing together mudcloth and bright cotton fabric in contemporary ways. This versatile little bag was developed to utilize the fabric scraps left over from other products.

This bag makes great fair trade handmade gift packaging for jewelry and small gifts. One can surprise guests by filling the bag with sweets and hanging it from the guest room doorknob. We've even been known to pretend it's a tiny handbag and hang it from our wrist during evenings out.
