Most African cultures embrace elephants as wise beings worthy of respect and honor, but as the open spaces elephant herds once roamed give way to urban developments, elephant are being seen increasingly as nuisances and crop raiders. Our three abstract elephant sculptures recall an age when elephants occupied a more graceful symbiosis with human beings.
