Kenyan artisans hand carve each of these fun coasters and the included holder from soft Kenyan soapstone, which is found mainly in the Tabaka Hills of the Kisii District. Nairobi artisans apply the hand dyed design using non-toxic dyes. Each coaster is backed with bark cloth to prevent slipping.
