Through Ukuva iAfrica (sense of Africa in ixi-Xhosa), World Fair Trade Organization member Turqle Trading takes us on a journey through many of Africa's varied flavors and cuisines. Carefully assembled small batches are presented in vibrant bottles that tell how each sauce was inspired.

This delicious curry is delicious as a table sauce on grilled or oven-roasted chicken or lamb. Also try it on butternut, sweet potatoes, baked onion and potato, or egg dishes with rice (like Biryani!). TIP: Adding this spiced sauce to a dish provides instant flavor: just add it and heat it – it’s all there!

The area of Cape Town known as Bo-Kaap has a distinctive culture, owing in part to the culture of enslaved Malaysian people, brought to the area in the 18th century. Cape Malay Curry's iconic spice signature showcases this melding of cultures.
