Taste of Turkana is a women's collective that supports employment activities for rural Turkana women in semi-arid northern Kenya. With doum palm as their chosen material due to its availability and sustainability, Turkana women craft durable vessels and storage boxes that are loved for their chic simplicity. This tasteful storage basket features interwoven all-natural and dyed dark blue palm leaves, with a coordinating dyed blue lid.
